I Rotel RSX-1560 finner du en HDMI växel med version 1.3 som givetvis är 1080p/24 klar. HDMI växeln har 4st ingångar och en scaler från Faroudja som gör sämre signalstandarder fullt njutbara.
På ljudsidan finner man dubbla 32 bit DSP processorer, och RSX-1560 kodar av alla de nya högupplösta ljudsystemen som Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus och DTS-HD Master Audio, DTS HD Hi-Resolution.
Det finns även Möjlighet till en andra, tredje och fjärde zon, och ett antal adresserbara 12V triggers finns också.
